Four ways organisations start with us.
Long-Term Agreement
Twenty percent off nightly rates and ten percent off monthly rates for twelve months. No minimum volume and no cost if unused. It fixes your rates and places us on your approved supplier list. We will work to your own contract template.
Security assessment
We invite assessment by your security function before any placement, will make the property and documentation available, and will implement reasonable recommendations arising.
Block bookings
Placing a team? We can hold a block of rooms across both wings, or a whole townhouse plus Garden Wing rooms, and quote the lot on a single invoice with one arrival contact.
Site visit
Nobody should commit two months of accommodation sight-unseen. Come and look. We will hold a room for 72 hours at no charge while a decision goes through your process.
Trial stay
For organisations weighing a standing arrangement, we offer a discounted trial stay so your team can assess the property directly before committing to anything.
